The Legrand battery cabinet 310770 is for Legrand Daket DK online UPS 2kVA (310051). The Legrand daker DK 2kVA Online UPS comes pre-configured with internal battery bank of 6 x 12V/7.2Ah batteries. There is no 2kVA option without internal batteries.
Still, you may choose to enhance the power backup capacity of your Daker UPS, to extend the backup time. That is achieved by installing the external battery cabinet, 310770, which is fitted with a battery bank of 12 x 12V/7.2Ah batteries.
Note, too, that you can buy and install multiples of the external battery cabinet, increasing your backup time with each additional unit of the external battery rack. Up to four external battery cabinets, for instance, may be installed, boosting backup time from about 10 minutes estimated for the internal battery bank (at 70% load) to up to 2 hours.
