Shipments and Returns

1. To Begin with

We’re always pleased to have your orders. Bear in mind, however, that orders are subject to product availability at the time of order. If product(s) you order are no longer in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and also refund you any amount you have paid, using the original method of payment. You may therefore crosscheck availability before payment.

2. Delivery Coverage

Our primary delivery coverage is across Nigeria and includes major cities and other locations that can be reached through available delivery channels. We can also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the ECOWAS sub-region or elsewhere, but you must confirm if available for your location, before ordering

3. Delivery Time

Delivery options are displayed while you’re ordering and show the estimated timeframe for each option. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. However, we will usually ship within 24 hours. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional inhibiting circumstances, we strive to fulfill your order within 5 business days of the date of your order.  

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. We hardly do this, but bear in mind that products may also be delivered in separate shipments. You will, of course, be notified, if this is the case.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based primarily on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page or by other communication.

6. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately on receipt.
